When should you say "I love you"?

Are you wondering what the right time is to say "I love you"?

Almost any time is the right time to tell someone your true feelings of love by saying "I love you". But of course it holds more meaning to the receiver if you don't tell them this the minute you meet them (Even if it is love at first sight for you!) so hold back until you learn more about the person and get to really know them a litte... Then go for it!

Another bad time to tell someone you love them is if you are still involved with someone else. It will only cause you relationship complications if you are telling someone you love them but staying with someone else. No excuse!

You should definitely be telling the person you are in a committed relationship with that you love them. Even if you do everything to actually show them your feelings, you are still required to tell your other half that you love them by saying "I love you" and aim to say it regularly to ensure they can hear your true feelings and take joy from hearing this romantic phrase!

If you are the only one in your relationship that is saying "I love you!" you really need to find a way to fight off any fears and have a conversation with your partner to find out their feelings, and why they cannot, or will not say "I love you". You deserve to be in a romantically equal relationship where you love the person you are with, and where they love you in return. Anything less is bound to cause you to find yourself in a complicated, unhappy relationship, because it will be lop-sited. You don't want to find yourself caught in a relationship where it's like a non-relationship! It will only lead to heart-ache when you invest your emotions, your time and your life trying to be with someone who is not coming through to you. So, in order to avoid this, stand firm on your feelings and tell the other person that you love them, and that you want to be loved in return and allow them to tell you exactly where you stand too. That way you can find a way to move forward, and gain the opportunity to feel loved, even if it needs to be by someone else.

When you love someone and you are in a relationship with them saying "I love you" every day is not too much! It is music to your lovers ears and always appreciated.

An Alternative way to say "I love you"

One dozen red roses! Or even a single red rose. Women know that red roses symbolize love. If in all seriously you have not found a way to say "I love you" to the one you desire, it is possible that you could get away with sending red roses with a card declaring your love... If you get a good response to them, it's definitely your queue then to say out loud "I love you!"
